TALENT: How do I cancel my subscription?
This article explains how to manage and cancel your membership through your mobile device or web browser. Whether you are using an iPhone or an Android device, we want to make sure you know exactly where to go and what happens to your account once you make a change.
How do I cancel my subscription via FastCast app?
Select Profile.
Choose Payment & Account Info.
Under Active Subscription, choose Manage > Manage Subscription.
Choose the FastCast Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription on an iPhone (outside the FastCast app)?
For iPhone users, you can also cancel directly through your device settings.
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the very top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Tap the FastCast app.
Choose Cancel Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription on Google Play (outside the app)?
For Android users, you have the option to use the Play Store or a standard web browser.
Using the Play Store
Open the Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Payments & subscriptions and then select Subscriptions. Depending on your device you may see the additional option Budget & History, if so click this option.
Select the FastCast app.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Using a Web Browser
Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on your web browser.
Log into your account if prompted.
Select Subscriptions
Locate your and select the option to cancel.
Where to look if it's missing from the Play Store
If you paid via GPay and you don't see the subscription in the Play Store menu, you can check the master Google payments history:
Go to payments.google.com on a browser.
Click on the Activity tab to see individual one-off transactions.
Click on Subscriptions & services to see any recurring payments tied to your Google Account that bypassed the Play Store.
What happens to my account status?
We know life gets busy, so we do not delete your profile if you decide to cancel. Here is what you can expect:
Your account and profile will remain in our system even after your membership ends.
While your profile stays active, you must purchase a new membership if you want to submit to roles in the future.
How do refunds work?
If you have a change of heart after your purchase, please keep the following timelines and rules in mind:
The 48-Hour Window: You may cancel and request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment.
Closing the Window: Refunds are no longer available once the 48-hour period has passed.
Processing: Because we value your security, all refunds are processed directly through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
