TALENT: I am a Guardian, how can I register?

FastCast requires all users under 18 to undergo Guardian Verification when signing up. This guide provides an overview of the minor registration process, account verification steps, profile setup, and answers to frequently asked questions for users. While minors can initiate registration, a parent or legal guardian must grant consent, manage the account, and retain access until ownership is transferred.

Step 1: Select a Subscription Plan

1. Choose your preferred subscription tier (Career, Rising Star, Dreamer, or Monthly Plan).

2. Tap Continue.
   

Step 2: Enter Basic  Information

1. On the Let's Get Started screen, enter your First Name and Last Name.

2. Optionally enter your Email ID.

3. Select your Date of Birth using the date picker.

4. Choose your Location (e.g., PAN India).

5. Tap Next.
   

Step 3: Minor Account Prompt

1. If the selected Date of Birth indicates you are under 18, the Minor Account! bottom sheet will appear.

2. Select 'I am a Guardian' to proceed to the verification screen.

Step 4: Guardian Verification Details

1. Enter the full name of the guardian.

2. Select the Relationship from the dropdown menu (Parent or Legal Guardian).

3. Check the consent box agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Step 5: Profile Photo & Completion

1. A confirmation message ("Guardian details added successfully!") will pop up.

2. You will be redirected to the Your Profile page to upload a profile photo (Maximum file size: 50 MB) and complete your registration.

Why am I seeing the "Minor Account" prompt?

FastCast accounts created for individuals under 18 years of age legally require verification and consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Can a minor complete the account setup independently?

Minors can input their initial profile details, but they must select "I am a Minor" and complete the Guardian Verification page with a parent or legal guardian's full name, relationship selection, and mandatory consent.

What happens if I try to exit the guardian verification screen?

Exiting the process triggers a warning prompt stating that progress will be lost and verification must be restarted to register.

Is guardian consent mandatory across all subscription plans?

Yes, age verification and guardian consent apply universally across all subscription tiers (Career, Rising Star, Dreamer, and Monthly) for users under 18.

 I already have a Talent account with the same mobile number; can I use the same mobile number to register as a guardian?

 No, you need to have another number. A guardian cannot have another talent account on the same number.
